At Epona Bodyworks, I offer fully customized bodywork designed to help horses release physical restriction, calm the nervous system, and feel safe, connected, and at ease in their bodies. Each session is guided by your horse’s unique needs that day — grounded in attentive listening, trust, and gentle partnership.
What’s Included In Each Session
Each session blends techniques based on your horse’s needs that day:
Massage Therapy
Relieves muscular tension, promotes circulation, and supports tissue repair.
Myofascial Release
Restores mobility, posture, and natural movement by releasing fascial restrictions.
Mind-body Integration Techniques
Supports emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and self-release.

Tuning Forks
Gentle sound vibration that encourages relaxation, reduces muscle tension and joint stiffness, and supports circulation and healing.
Moxa (Moxibustion)
A warming technique that helps increase circulation, relax tight tissues, and support energy flow, especially in areas of chronic tension.

For horses and clients new to Epona Bodyworks.Your first session includes time for intake, assessment, and collaborative planning. Together, we’ll discuss your horse’s history, needs, and goals, followed by a full bodywork session.

Single Session
60-90 Minutes
For returning clients who want a one-time or as-needed session for their horse. A fully customized session to address what your horse needs in the moment — whether for a tune-up, focused support, or maintenance.

For clients who book one session per calendar month, I offer a discounted rate of $100/session — no subscription required.
If more than a month passes between sessions, the standard $110 rate applies.
Barn Buddy Discount
10% off per horse + travel fee waived
For group bookings at the same location:
3+ horses → Travel waived within 1 hour of Barrington, IL
4+ horses → Travel waived within 1.5 hours
Outside that range? Reach out before booking
*Discount will applied automatically with 3 or more bookings in same location
